Gunnar Donald Anderson (1927-2022) was active/lived in California, New York and is known for his child portraits and advertising art. After two years of study at the California School of Fine Arts in San Francisco, he attended Los Angeles Art Center School and in 1951 earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. From 1951 to 1955, he worked for as an art director for two New York City based advertising agencies, before moving to San Francisco in 1955. His works are held in numerous collections nationwide and has received multiple awards.

MADELEINE LIEPE (Oregon/Switzerland, 1929-2017) Signed lower right and dated 1970, signed again and titled verso; the serene charcoal drawing of lush trees surrounding a pond with a gently rolling lawn in the foreground; good clean condition with only minor discoloration; new acid-free matting with gilt fillet and ebonized wooden frame;  Madeleine Liepe was a Postwar and Contemporary artist who spent her professional career in Oregon.

each cube-form chair with 'floating' backrest above a tubular chromed steel base; newly upholstered in a butter-yellow velvet with foam wrapped down cushion and seat; minor wear to chrome; Milo Baughman (American, 1923–2003) was a furniture designer who was born in Goodland, KS. After studying at the Art Center School of Los Angeles and the Chouinard Art Institute, he joined Frank Brothers as a custom furniture designer. In 1947, Baughman established Milo Baughman Design, Inc.
