We are unable to accommodate returns. We encourage our customers to carefully inspect each item before purchasing as they are final sale.

Product Availability:
Vintage pieces are sold in as-is condition, and are available immediately. Please contact us for more information on the product you are interested in.

Payment:
We accept payment by check, or by credit card with a 3% handling fee (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express). Orders must be paid in full before released for pickup.

Sales Tax:
We are located in San Francisco and charge 8.75% sales tax on all orders. A valid CA Resale Certificate, or bill of lading showing that an item was shipped directly out of state is required to remove sales tax.

Privacy:
Your privacy is important to us and we will never share your information with other companies. If you do not wish to receive emails from us related to promotions/events, you can unsubscribe here.

Shipping:
We are happy to assist you with procuring a quote, or referring you to a network of licensed/bonded shippers. We are unable to provide any packing, shipping, or delivery services.

All items sold by epoca are “will call” from our showroom in San Francisco & New York, unless otherwise noted.
