Immel studied at the Ball School of Art in Minneapolis and in 1924 moved to Los Angeles where he further studied at Otis Art Institute, later moving to Seattle, Washington. Immel is known for his watercolor floral studies and was a member of the Puget Sound Group of Northwest Painters and the Northwest Watercolor Society; excellent condition with nice clear colors; some wear to blonde-stained wooden frame

an early 1950s production Florence Knoll for Knoll International lounge chair with loose back and seat cushions all resting on four turned tapering legs; professionally refinished with new butter-yellow linen upholstery; excellent vintage condition with sturdy hardwood frame

a delightful bronze sculpture of a well-delineated sparrow perched upon a bamboo branch surrounded by cattails and reeds all emanating from a foliate ring; the whole resting on a well-figured circular black marble base; etched signature 'Lake Geneva Studio';  Lake Geneva Studio was a well-known bronze sculpture studio founded by sculptor Siri Schillios in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The studio operated from the early 1970s until the early 2000s; good vintage condition with overall warm patina

each large lamp of bulbous form with long everted neck above on ovoid body raised on a brass base; all in a swirling silver and gold faux marble glaze; excellent vintage condition with minor wear; patina to metal bases; rewired 

with a nod to the Napoleon III carved ropetwist stools by Fournier, this similarly carved chair in a ropetwist style with knotted feet; the framed cartouche-shaped upholstered back above a tight seat all raised on splayed supports; good vintage condition with overall even wear and patina; newly upholstered

each 20-light Lumiere Sputnik style chandelier designed by Jean De Merry with nickel-plated spikes creating a dazzling sphere of light; in good condition with some tarnishing to metal

in the neoclassical taste decorated in a silver and gold leaf finish; the reeded central support joined at the mid-section with a gadrooned sphere and acanthus leaf collars all above a tapering reeded base ending in a berry finial; emanating six scrolled gilt-iron candle arms supporting beaded bobeches; overall even wear and patina to new gilded surface; in good working order

each custom made chair by Lx Rossi with in-curved sloping back cascading down to outscrolled terminals; flanked by a bowed loose cushion over a plain frieze apron all resting on tapering turned supports; the frame veneered in a taupe-colored shagreen; excellent condition; newly upholstered

William Stanisich born in 1947 in Cheyenne, Wyoming and raised in San Francisco, received his BA from Yale College (1969), attended courses at the San Francisco Art Institute (1964-5 and 1970), taught painting at the Urban School of San Francisco (1972-2001) and currently is a full-time painter here in San Francisco.
